Daniel Tokarczyk - President

Daniel Tokarczyk is a Hearing Instrument Specialist in Central Wisconsin. His practice is in the Baraboo area, and he is proud to be part of the Miracle Ear franchise. Daniel has been in working in the Hearing Aid Industry for over five years now and has been committed to providing the best service and treatment for every patient he encounters. that the Baraboo area and I am currently a H.I.S. serving central Wisconsin in the Baraboo area working with the Miracle Ear franchise. For the past five years I have been committed to providing the best service and treatment for every client that has walked through my doors. It is my hope in serving on this board that the continued efforts of the WAHP will bring hearing professionals together, to learn and cooperate, for many years to come.

Tiffany Lang, BC-HIS - Vice President

Tiffany is the Government Services Territory Account Manager for the North Central Territory at Starkey. With over 10 years of experience in hearing healthcare, Tiffany has worked across corporate, franchise, and private practice settings, as well as private audiology clinics. Tiffany has been board-certified since 2021 and brings years of patient-focused experience.

As a dedicated advocate for hearing professionals, She is eager to serve as a board member of the Wisconsin Alliance for Hearing Professionals and hopes to advance industry standards and support fellow specialists. Tiffany is committed to improving patient outcomes through education and innovation.

Based in Onalaska, Wisconsin, Tiffany enjoys kayaking, hiking, and reading with her family in her free time.

Heather Braun, HIS - Secretary / Treasurer

Heather works with her father at the family business for S.E. Wisconsin Hearing Center in Mount Pleasant, WI. Heather has been licensed for nine years and she still enjoys seeing a patients face light up after they’ve been fitted with a hearing aid.

Heather is mom to an adorable and lively 4-year-old daughter. Heather feels fitness is a key part in her life and keeping herself healthy allows her to do her best, both as a Hearing Aid Provider and as a mother. Weightlifting is Heathers top choice in how she remains fit, she has competed in powerlifting competitions which focus on the bench press, squat and deadlift.

Susan L. Fenrich, BA, BC-HIS - Director

Susan began in the hearing industry by going on house calls with her father, Clarence J. Welsch at 4 years old, and at 16, she officially started working for Welsch Hearing Aid Company. It was through those experiences; she developed her passion for the elderly. In 1983, Susan obtained a BA in Psychology from UW-Platteville, then returned to Sheboygan and found her way back to the family business becoming the Office Manager.

Susan obtained licensure in 1985 and became board certified in 1994. Then on January 1, 1996, Susan and her husband purchased Welsch Hearing Aid Company from her parents and still own it to this day. They are independent hearing aid providers, working with all the major brands and located in Sheboygan. Her father’s involvement in the Alliance and the Licensing Board, ignited her passion to serve on the WI Alliance Board of Directors. Susan and her husband enjoy spending time with their 3 grown children and three grandsons. Susan also enjoys sewing and embroidery.

Tracy Diehm, BC-HIS - Director

Tracy Diehm is a Hearing Instrument Specialist licensed in Wisconsin and Nevada, with approximately 15 years of experience in the hearing aid industry. In 2023, she opened her own private practice in Wisconsin, where she is dedicated to delivering patient-centered hearing healthcare.

She has a strong passion for hearing aids and comprehensive hearing healthcare, with particular interest in hearing protection, tinnitus management, and occupational hearing conservation. Her professional work is driven by a commitment to improving quality of life through better hearing and preventative care.

Outside of her professional role, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and embracing an active, outdoor lifestyle. She and her partner share their home with a lively assortment of animals they care for deeply. As a proud parent of two teenagers, she values supporting her children’s pursuits—ranging from athletics and music to leadership and service. As her family looks ahead to new chapters, she and her partner are excited to travel and reconnect as they prepare for the transition to empty nesters.

“Hearing holds an intimate place in my heart, as I have suffered from a hearing loss since the age of 3. I knowfirst-hand the challenges that come with hearing loss
And am constantly taking the initiative to advocate for not only my patients, but the hearing industry and its professionals.

Jaimie has worked in the medical field since the age of 17 and specifically in the hearing industry for 16 years. She is a board member of the Wisconsin Alliance for Hearing Professionals, a member of the International Hearing Society, and a member at both the Green Bay and De Pere Chambers.

Jaimie enjoys spending time with her family, dogs, camping, gardening, and being involved with her community!

Maria Seefeld - Director

Maria Seefeld was born in Lacrosse, Wisconsin and has worked in healthcare since 2012 where she has worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and then as a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in 2019. Maria is a member of the International Hearing Society and is passionate about helping others, which shows in the personalized care she provides to her patients.

When not helping others, Maria enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband have five children, 4 girls and one boy. They are active in their church, enjoy local sports, hunting, fishing, music and the arts.
